I don't know....the 'blob' has certainly been improving the last few hours; but it's well outside of radar range.
By late afternoon, early evening, it should enter Wilmington's radar and we'll have a more intimate look. http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?rid=ltx&product=N0R&overlay=11101111&loop=no
The 12Z GFS has it a weak Low making landfall over far eastern NC. And the forecast here is simply for more rain.
We'll see...
