 First xray burst in life of entity causes clear surface circulation. At about 1900, which is peak lightning, a hot tower formed--probably from mid level circulation. Dealing with its proximity to hispanolia, lack of theta t, and diurnal restructuring, it might not have made the night. However the SOI remained rising slightly, helping regional elecrics, and this xray burst started about 6 hours ago. This is now a storm that officially will or should be named. While the thread is already so christained, keep in mind the out liner. Invests previously that the NHC in its infinite wisdom gave red boxes to say during july all died, but this one did not (really a result of the fact that Bill discharged its electrical makeup and was no longer the low impedence event in the Atlantic as initiated and now more favorable electrics conditions during peak lightning or max current in the global electrical circuit, a seasonal variable). |
