Thanks so much, Chris, for setting our minds at ease about Jim & Bill's location. I hadn't had a chance to watch the videos or any streaming. Your circled map was especially helpful.

I think you're absolutely right about the surprise in store for Tampa Bay Area residents. So the peak surge forecast has lowered to 4 - 6 ft. instead of 4 - 7 ft. earlier today - so what? Still significant for that area. And a rather clueless friend of mine in Clearwater was 'bragging' at about 8:45 p.m. tonight that there was only a little breeze and a tiny spit of rain there. Duh - yeah, try waiting for a little closer to morning's landfall as a Cat. 4, even if farther north. Another little surprise in store, I'd imagine.
