HTI - Hurricane Threats & Impacts

I think back when this product was first tested, it was call Tropical PIG ("something", Impact, Graphics) It was always on The NWS Southern Region pages & is still, in my mind, one of the best tools - it was smartly renamed :)

NHC adds links to it in the "Local Products" section for storms threatening the US as they get closer, but it is in fact available year-round, has many good features

This suite of Hurricane Threats & Impacts (#HTI) graphics spans Monday morning through Wednesday evening for #Idalia. These graphics show a 4-tier threat level from the 4 primary hurricane hazards and are designed to take the focus away from the track and put it on the impacts.

This information to me is far more useful than maps with lines, cones, and dots. Gets rid of perception that hurricane impacts are just on some line....This product has been around in recent years. Needs to get out there more
