I think its possible for 99L to follow the GFDL and HWRF but strength wise maybe a ts or weak cane. As a slow moving trough swings by early next week, it could pull 99L northward. Some decent rains may come to south west Florida as they are much needed. The steering currents are weak so anything is possible.
