GFDL: Cat 4 in GOM

The GFDL and HWRF have both been very bullish in their forecasts of Invest 99L.

The GFDL shows a cat 4 in the Gulf while HWRF shows a major hurricane near the same area.

Maybe this "Invest" deserves more attention. (Zzzzz...)
