Hey Chris. what does "contaminated by rain" mean? Last time I was in a TC, it was raining.

I thought all TC's had rain. SFMR measures particle velocity (water drops from waves) I think.

Megi is one of those storms that gets you to redefine your understanding of the power of nature. (Where is Bobbi with these deep thoughts?)
