The Navy has Magi, for now it looks like she will make landfall north of Baggao, Philippians; the western Pacific has been very active but so far if I remember correctly nothing over a TS making landfall.

CIMSS as her becoming a super typhoon (cat 4) making landfall at 130 kts. / 149.601 mph.

Baggao, Philippians the area looks to be unpopulated but one never knows.   http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&expIds=17259,24813,26637&sugexp=ldymls&xhr=t&cp=17&q=map+of+philippines&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=Philippines&gl=us&ei=QFK4TNSfL8GBlAeIucy9DA&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=image&resnum=1&sqi=2&ved=0CCEQ8gEwAA
