Anyone happen to know where West Pacific recon is archived?

I thought I might go ahead and try and run a West Pacific recon test. Things are quiet in the Atlantic and East Pacific right now so now would actually be a good time to try it. I just don't know where West Pacific recon data is archived.

I know how to get live data, but if my site were to miss an ob I can't add it since I don't know where the archive of the data is. I'll ask around elsewhere too. If I find it I'll post it here and if I get the live system working I'll post it here.
