CaneTalk: they do publish drought info for Canada

they do publish drought info for Canada

http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/climate/monitoring/drought/nadm/

but rather behind schedule? perhaps because it's coming from 3 countries, in 3 languages - takes longer to get it done?
