And don't use eclipse viewing glasses with telescopes or binoculars

I was just reading, and this has happened to people practicing, they can burn a hole into the viewing glasses. At the very least, you then don't have glasses, if not damaging your eyes too. I guess some of the glasses say that with the instructions, but I bet a lot of people will make that mistake. Didn't even think about that. You can't use them with anything that magnifies the light, like telescopes or binoculars. |
