Home Weather Station

Hi all--I'm shopping for a home weather station and need some input from those that have one or are knowledgeable about them. I am looking for one that has the following:

^^Wireless

^^Interface with software for real time sharing

^^Anemometer, temperature, humidity at the least

^^I have a way to mount it 33' high so batteries are needed. (not just solar powered).

^^Under $300
