The eye is gone for now. I don't think an eye wall replacement. To many factors acting on the storm now. Yes it will stay strong but places like Talcoban should be spared the worst. As I understand the population layout where it will come ashore is not very populated. From all the elements I see land and air the storm will be slowly ripped apart.
