I see the JTWC's site works again too. Not sure when that became available again. (could have always been a problem specific to me) I try to avoid using a lot of the sites when something is near or making landfall too, especially when they don't have the ability to handle a lot of visitors, which is true of a lot of sites in other countries especially. I was surprised when I couldn't access the JTWC though. I almost always use that for international storms. Or NRL. Or Japan sometimes too if in their area. I use CIMSS for satellite imagery too.
