St. Luca

I know of a family that lives on St. Luca, I am trying to get some information about how they are doing I will post what I learn.

What I do know is: they are prepared, their weather service is bad to say the least, and they rely on someone here in the states to provide them weather information. They were surprised that Thomas popped up. I did pass this site on to their contact.
