Richard to Die a slow agonizing death across Honduras-next 72 hrs

TS Richard, has had a rocky begining and will have a long ending..... Richard has been fighting wind shear, dry air, and now land interaction since inception.  As the ridge builds in from just off the SE states towards the upper GOM it will continue to move the TS W or even perhapse WSW. It will begin to slow down in response to the ridge.  Most global and tropical models agree short term- either pushing just across the inland sections of Honduras and then pushing into Belize.  I do believe that the TS will not have enough time to become a hurricane, i do believe that it could be a rainfall and mudslide disaster in central america especially if the global models win and it moves very slowly.  if the H-WRF, or GFDL  win out, its ghost or whatever is left may push into a very unfavorable GOM. I dont think the USA has anything to worry at all about!!  I am sticking to my guns that if Richard does not develop by evening its ran out of time as land interaction will be taking place if not land fall.  This storm will be just like Matthew was a month ago.  I forecast the storm to make landfall or land-scrape on the Honduran coast late tonight as a 35 to 45 knot TS.
