I say hurricane hunters find tropical storm Richard by tomorrow afternoon moving northward at

10 mph. Models are all over right now but once a center of circulation becomes better defined.

More computer models will have a better handle on this system. I see a stronger cyclone alot

larger than Paula continue northward towards Cuba. I don't think upper level winds are going to

be too strong as the strongest part of the jet stream remains further north than it was when

Paula was around.
