98 L Becoming better orginized and forecast to move more northwestward

After looking at visible images all day today. It looks like are next tropical cyclone is begining
to become better orginized. I see a tropical depression or tropical storm as early as sunday
morning. This could become a strong tropical cyclone if it remains over warm water. Areas of
Central America, Cayman Islands, Jamaca, Cuba and even S FLA. should monitor this system
in the coming days. Some computer models show a much closer approch to South Florida on the last few runs and this developing cyclone may be a player in the weather for Florida by mid week.
