This is a very dangerous position for something to develop.

Most of the models suggest a low forming over the next week and if it heads down towards Panama then it may turn back up North and spend plenty of time over warm water.

The convection seems strong over the last 24 hours.

Otto may be out of the picture in 48 hours but that may bring shear down from the north.

This should be an Invest, IMHO.
