| It seems like just about all systems that tried to form this year had to fight a ULL just like 97L. The shield is still up for the conus and will end that way for this year. We had the high over the south all summer that created unfavorable upper level lows now we have the jet stream pushing deep in the south with unseasonal cool temps. There will be a few more storms that will form this year, with a remote possibility of hitting Florida. From the start of the year it has been nothing but hype from the pro's and it looks to end that way. |
