To tell you the truth, I think the models are out in the weeds for this one.
They keep forecasting a spin up today for a strong TC to quickly recureve north of PR.
With the LLC and heavy convection south of PR, I don't see it.
It makes more sense to me for genesis later in the week in the west Carib.
If that really does spin-up, I think track is yet to be determined.
Seems like the models are showing a weakly steered system.
