Loops seem to suggest some clockwise flow aloft with 94L. To me that is the key to the whole ballgame given the ULL-induced shear this system must face down the road. If 94L can get a ridge established over itself this will be a very interesting player as most accounts have a stronger ridge in place later in the period than we saw with Bill.
