Even with Red Box--I don't look for 94l to "take off"

Yesterday, I posted in another thread that I thought that 94L was far from toast, and looked as though there was still some semblance of a core around which the circulation rotated. So I was not suprised to see the red box today. However, conditions are far from ideal (shear)and I don't think we should look for quick upgrades through Depression and storm status with this system. I look for steady development but further down the road (Carribean area). Which may make this storm more dangerous, because later development will tend to keep it more in line for a west course right now, which is what I think is most likely at this stage. WV Loop shows the system looking better, then not as good.
