| I know, but its close - really close. The convective cap could be an El-Nino effect. I see the Walker Cell being driven from the anti-cyclone over the Yucatan and flowing over the NW-quad of Danny and finally sinking east of the Leewards. RUC is forecasting the cap to break this afternoon.  |
