Wimpy Danny needs a shot of spinach

LLC looks better this morning, especially QuikSCAT. And, ADT showing convection firing inside the outer bulls-eye. http://rammb.cira.colostate.edu/products/tc_realtime/4kmsrbdc_loop.asp?storm_identifier=AL052009&starting_image=2009AL05_4KMSRBDC_200908261415.jpg However, core temp is a mess with a asymmetrical hot spot in the boundary layer. Still no anti-cyclone overhead. SHIPs shows shear at 13-knts. Water is warm enough for it to happen. Need to watch and see.      |
