Good morning Tim:

The whole NW side of the COC has a thermal inversion that is why no convection firing.

RUC is forecasting the cap to break this afternoon with a nice theta-e infeed then and CAPE increasing rapidly.

If RUC is right, this could all fill in this afternoon.
