Visible: Yet Another Center?

The visible is up for two frames now and the second frame shows what "might" be yet another center re-location at 26/71.

The NHC has the center located up to the northeast of there but considering the track record of everyone and everything related to this system - I've no faith in ANY of it - until something gets established and moves.

Show me some money at 26/71 and make my day...
