about a week ago and never really talked about track or intensity. It was more about that you wouldn't see a second wave from Africa develop until after Bill lost it's organization (was no longer the low impedence event in the Atlantic) and then you would afterwards get your landfalling (in this instance the Carolinas) storm. Also in this weak of a space weather context a storm as strong as Isabel would not be likely, regardless. |
