While I love space exploration, Elon Musk can't be trusted to do things right. That first launch was a disaster around the launch pad. But he didn't care to do things right before that. Maybe they'll do better now that they learned from that, but I just find it hard to root for for SpaceX. It's furthest along in a lot of ways, so the U.S. government kind of has little choice but to go along with whatever. There needs to be more oversight. It's like Boeing's issues. You get by for awhile, but after you cut enough corners there are real life consequences.
