I saw some of the blizzard like conditions on the news tonight. And some of those football games are just going to be nuts. Some are recommending people just watch it on TV and not go to some of the games. They shouldn't even be playing in conditions like that as you know some people will still come on dangerous roads and be in a stadium with dangerous temperatures. I haven't looked to see if some of the games are indoors. I assume not.
I had looked at the forecast for some family in Tennessee over the next week, single digit temperatures and wind chills below zero. Here in Tampa we might get into the 30's with upper 20's within a few counties of me I would imagine.
But that blinding zero visibility snow, I can't imagine conditions like that. Not everyone can stay home. It's not about getting used to something like that, it's crazy no matter who is in it. |
