I grew up by the Chippewa and Superior National Forests in MN & the night sky there was beautiful. I forget how bright the stars are until I see them from Northern MN, but I have not been back there in over 7 years - the Milky Way is just incredible & the greens and purples of Northern Lights are truly mind bending, stars that actually twinkle, everywhere - it's like it's a living breathing picture. Light pollution is everywhere now, such a shame
