24 Jul 2023 - 9:00 UTC ...LONG-LIVED DON ON ITS LAST LEGS AS A TROPICAL CYCLONE... As of 9:00 AM GMT Mon Jul 24 the center of Don was located near 47.0, -43.0 with movement ENE at 18 mph. The minimum central pressure was 1005 mb with maximum sustained winds of about 45 mph.
