I've always liked Eric Berger's posts, way back to the days when he was "SciGuy" for Houston Chronicle. Kept me sane during Ike while other local mets were posting stupid s%!& The addition of Matt Lanza was awesome, after the SpaceCityWeather stuff started & with the addition of their tropics blog, it just keeps getting better imo. Eric also does stuff for Ars Technica https://arstechnica.com/author/ericberger/
