Seems like they will still depart at 5:30am EDT

I was hoping the mission that left would have stuck around while the center moved offshore. They were flying right next to Cuba so clearance didn't seem to be an issue. I thought they might sample the quadrants over water to determine the extent of the wind field and then do a center pass when it was over water.
