I wasn't able to see it from Tampa, too much obstruction along my horizon.
I don't see an official video of it, but here is a link to it on YouTube: https://youtu.be/BQbEAxXyccA?t=3124 It happens very fast and the video doesn't show the two green clouds 9.5 to 10 minutes after launch.

It was as high as around the altitude of the ISS, which is why it should have been visible over a rather large area. |
