...EYE OF HURRICANE FLORENCE WOBBLING SLOWLY SOUTHWESTWARD NEAR THE COAST OF SOUTHEASTERN NORTH CAROLINA...

NOAA Doppler weather radar data and surface observations indicate that the center of the eye of Hurricane Florence has been wobbling southwestward near the coast of southwestern North Carolina.

A wind gust to 99 mph (159 km/h) was recently reported at a Weatherflow private observing site at Federal Point.
