Hopefully it remains just a chance of rain for Florida. Not seeing much on any of the latest runs from these two..

Canadian and NAVGEM are more bullish on development, but I don't really pay much attention to them if the main two don't show much consistently.

I'm liking the temperatures starting today here in Tampa. After lots of temperatures around record highs, finally a nice stretch of below average temperatures. We barely got into the 60s so far this season. (One 69 as a low about a week ago.) We're dropping into the mid 50s for lows a couple times this week! From highs around 90 to highs 80 or less. (Some highs in the low to mid 70s! In this part of Florida this time of year, it's the first big cool down of the season, so it's a big deal.) Time to bring the water temps down too. Around 79 to 80 degrees around me for the water temp. As high as around 84 for the water temp in South Florida. It's nice this time of year when the water temps drop as much as it can, as far south as it can. Can help if anything develops and turns our way, now or over the next month.
