| seablue2u, Your EI location should be just fine. Maria winds will be northerly, i.e. blowing offshore. Also, there is very little fetch for the winds to pile water up, as Bogue Sound is an extremely narrow body of water. Different scenario for OBX; evacuations are in effect for Ocracoke and Hatteras. They will likely see the usual beach erosion and perhaps inboard sound flooding. |
