Re: Imminent Dam failure in Puerto Rico

Even if you manage to evacuate in time, and are glad for your life -- to just sit somewhere and know that your home and all your possessions save for a few you managed to take with you, your neighborhood, town, job, way of life, will soon surely all be inundated and gone, has got to be a pure nightmare.  At least with a hurricane evacuation there's some hope everything will hold up.  But a dam failure? Simply cannot imagine.    So sorry for all those people -- 70,000+ of them!!   Unimaginable.  Just hope they all get out in time.   I suppose maybe there's a tiny chance the dam won't give way before the water pressure/backup recedes?  But then there are repairs needed, and with no power.....
Just awful.
