There's just too many cabinet nominees that are not qualified, I doubt they'll be able to stop Scott Pruitt. In the EPA nominee's hearing today he said his personal opinion on why the climate is changing is "immaterial". But he will not oversee the lawsuits he is involved in against the EPA as EPA head. Interesting times ahead.
