A very southern storm

If Otto becomes a hurricane where it is in the SW Carribean, it will be the second
southern most hurricane in that area according to best track data going back to 1851.

Hurricane Martha in 1969 was further south and was the only known tropical cyclone
to make landfall in Panama. (as a tropical storm)

All Atlantic tropical cyclone tracks since 1851, including the 1am EDT position
of Otto:
