143 knots (164.6 mph) SFMR

The NHC has been using that often as the advisory intensity, even though it is a 10 second estimate.

30s flight level was: 131 knots (150.8 mph)
10s flight level was: 138 knots (158.8 mph)

The flight level winds were not quite as high as the SFMR.

An SFMR reading next to that high one was 142 knots (163.4 mph), though flagged as suspect.
