It's very low in latitude. Too soon to know about any possible U.S. impact, but at the very least it should move over some parts of the islands in the Carib. What it is at that point, I don't know.

Tampa has had a powerful hurricane forecast by the models to be over it already this season. It didn't happen. Of course it's possible, but I'm not worried at this point either.

The NHC likes it's chances though. 80% through 5 days and such a narrow area of formation:
