Re: 99L: HWRF Suggests Hurricane in Gulf

The key is going to be speed once it gets to the Keys. The HWRF seems to slow this to a crawl and then turn it north and NE. The Euro seems to take it a little further west until slowing it down and then turning it N and then NE. Up until last night, the GFS seemed to indicate something closer to the HWRF but they stopped developing the thing. So all indications are this thing is going to get turned N and NE.

The key will be where is the ULL because that's gonna dictate everything. If it creeps more east, then Fla. is in danger. If it stays out near Texast then this goes more towards the northern GC.
