| You're certainly right about that aspect, but all I kept seeing was the low passing through and around and hovering by the NW FL Panhandle -- above or below us -- several times over the period, including the recurve after passing over the peninsula at Tampa and heading back toward our general vicinity once again -- so the flooding concern (at least for the mainland -- not so much concern for us on the island) was the main thing. |
