I posted in another post about how the ECMWF, that releases the Euro, only releases the tropical cyclone track data for depressions or higher. Then once we get some data from that over a few runs we can see how the Euro is doing with its forecast, its forecast position compared to the actual position of the storm. Then we can compare that to the other models performance at specific forecast hour and that is when the Euro can appear in the best performing models map.

The Euro data is released graphically every 12 hours. That does require processing data into graphics and I don't know how to do that. Those graphics appear on sites like this:
http://www.tropicaltidbits.com/analysis/models/?model=ecmwf&region=us&pkg=mslp_uv850
What they call WMO essential data, is released for free. That includes some of the raw data that can be processed into graphics and tropical cyclone track data due to its importance.

You can see where an invest might go, and develop, in the graphics, but the track data, with forecast coordinates and wind speed, is not released. (track data contains the 50 ensemble members, control member and high resolution Euro)

I think it might have to do with the fact that the Euro track data, with storm numbers and names, is based around official advisory data from WMO forecast centers worldwide. Until there is an official storm number and/or name as well, wherever it is in the world, they don't release track data with that information.
