They did an update on their site, perhaps they accidentally started showing that now.

From the ATCF Storm Numbering information file:

"Numbers 50 through 79 are reserved for internal use by operational forecast centers."

"Numbers 80 through 89 are reserved for training, exercises and testing."

They are actually running it on something that is kind of interesting looking actually, though it is not covered at all, at least yet, in the Atlantic Outlook, not even at 0%.
