they started "partnering" earlier this year

totally just my opinion, but - Blackstone & Bain Capital are in the business of buying/selling and making a profit for investors and venture capitalists, period... that's exactly what they just did.  IBM wants to cash in on "big data" - the business of "knowing your business", so to speak

I just hope they leave WUTV and Weather Underground alone  :(
