Coverage in outlook started at 2pm Thursday at 0%.

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

1. Showers and thunderstorms remain disorganized in association with an
area of low pressure located several hundred miles west-southwest
of the Cape Verde Islands.  Strong upper-level winds should prevent
development of this system while it moves westward near 15 mph over
the next few days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent

The Canadian model developed it some several runs ago, but that's not saying much. 12Z Canadian on Wednesday.

I only mention it because it is so late in the season and there is still a small chance of something out there possibly developing.
