5 a.m. discussion doesn't make sense

There now appears to be a glaring and potentially misleading disconnect between the 5 a.m. discussion and the accompanying forecast cone graphic. The wording of the discussion itself now allows for the possibility that Joaquin will pass "near or over" Bermuda. If it is now apparent to NHC that it may pass "over" Bermuda, why then does the official forecast cone still not directly encompass Bermuda? That seems an awfully consequential discrepancy at this late stage in Bermuda's anticipation of Joaquin. 5 a.m. Forecast cone:
